I have a kitchen aide hot water dispenser and sometimes the water tastes funny. What can I do to prevent this ? Should I worry about health risks ?

Here are a few things you can try:
Flush out the dispenser of old water if you haven’t used it in a few days. Hold open the cap for two or three minutes to purge the old water from the tank. Allow it to heat up to the desired temperature, and try it again. Check to make sure your water supply line is attached to the cold water supply, not the hot water supply. Also, you may want to add a water filtration system to the supply. Hope this helps. ![]()
