Default Roper gas oven, glow plug?

I am not sure on the age or the model number I can find a plate under the cooktop and I can add it later if needed. Specifically, my problem is the burners all work perfectly, but when I hit Bake and set the temp, it doesn't warm up. I tried the broiler and it lit okay, I tried to lock the door and set the clean cycle, but the heat didn't stay on. I am wondering if it could be the oven temp sensor or the glow plug. Any advice is appreciated.

It sounds like the ignitor is probably bad. When the ignitor wears out they will not get hot enough to operate safely, so they will glow but not open the gas valve to heat up the oven.

Well, I replaced the glow plug but it didn't make a difference. The broiler turns on, but the oven doesn't warm up at all when I set a temp. Could this be the sensor? And if so, does anyone know the part number so I can search for prices? Thanks!

Check current draw.

If the ignitor is glowing it is receiving power and the oven temp sensor is at least asking for heat....oven temp sensor should ohm at approx 1000-1100 ohms at room temp. Maybe with the model# we will learn some more.

Couldn't even find a temp sensor in the parts breakdown

Gas ok coming into the entrance of the gas safety valve, ignitor glowing and drawing correct current but no flame is more looking like a possible bad oven safety valve.

What does it mean that you couldn't find a temp sensor in the parts list? And would the gas safety valve allow the broiler to fire up but not the oven to heat up? About how much are they? Thanks!

Correct.

Broil is in the oven also....but the bake and broil burners share a common gas safety valve, 1/2 is for bake and other 1/2 is for broil....1 inlet and 2 exits.

Dual oven safety valve The manufacturer has replaced part number 306267 with this item, part number WB21X475
