GE Adora No Ice No Water and Fridge is not cooling...

GE Adora Refrigerator Side by Side Model# DSS25KGRE BB

Months ago, the ice stopped working. More recently, the water stopped dispensing and the Refrigerator side is not cooling (staying between 40-50 Degrees).

I am hoping to fix this problem but am not sure how to troubleshoot where the problem maybe. I am trying to save the cost of a repair visit- would like to attempt to fix it myself.

Suggestions on where to start would be appreciated.

What is the temp in the freezer side?

Sorry the late reply.... the freezer is between 10-30 degrees. This morning it was 30 and bottles of water I placed in the freezer is not fully freezing.

I forgot to post that this weekend, the vegetables in the produce tray were starting to freeze.

My water dispenser worked this morning - about 16 hours after I changed the filter.
