Default Whirlpool Duet washer F25 error code

My Duet has recently started showing error code F/25. I have done the trouble shooting by disconnecting all of the harnesses and ensuring they were tight. I also disconnected the power overnight to allow it to reset. Still receive error code F/25. I ran the diagnostic test and out of the 7 steps 3 include drum rotation and all three rotate the drum 1-1 1/2 times then stops. If I am understanding the motor correctly it has a capacitor that will begin the first rotation of the motor. Using a simple led power no power indicator the capacitor is getting power and is probably what causes the initial rotations that it does perform. This indicated power coming through the harness from the MCU. There is no resistance on the drum to suggest something causing friction. The motor is not bound, and makes no noise at all. I would appreciate any advice.

The control is having trouble detecting motor speed. You ran all the diagnostics and from what you have shared no major issues found so I am as stumped as you are. Have you called a service tech? Is the machine working despite the error?
